How to open a support ticket

In order to respond to support requests from existing customers we need to receive the ticket from an authorized person.

To open a support request as an authorized person you can:

  • either log in with you user name and password in your billing account at and open the support ticket from the web interface after you are authenticated
  • or send us a message from the email address that you signed up as customer with or from another email that you have added as contact in you billing account

For security reasons we will refuse any support requests that does not come from an authorized user.
